We had initially listed the house with another realtor who was not helping us at all. We needed someone with real estate expertise, not just a real estate license. We really enjoyed working with Kim on the sale of our rental property. Kim is very professional and knows what needs to be done. Our rental property was left in bad shape. Kim took the time to walk through the property and provided an assessment of what she felt the property needed in order to be sold. She took the time to provide us with pictures so we had a good understanding of what needed to be done. The house and yard needed to be cleared of junk left behind, and a number of the rooms needed painting. Kim connected us with a few contractors she felt could do the work. The contractors did an amazing job getting the property in shape to sell. The contractor's fees were very reasonable given the work. Kim coordinated the work with the contractors and visited the property throughout the process to ensure the work was being completed. A year ago my husband and I started searching for our very first home for our family of 5. We were coming from a small 2 bedroom house in the country and we needed more space. We both were first-time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Kim was referred to me by a mutual friend. I told my friend I needed a bulldog, someone fierce who would find me the right home, fight for my family, but also someone who truly cared about people and not just the money. There were Lots and lots of showings, lots and lots of frustrating conversations, and nothing hopeful in sight. It was a very hard, competitive market to be in during this pandemic.
