A year ago my husband and I started searching for our very first home for our family of 5. We were coming from a small 2 bedroom house in the country and we needed more space. We both were first-time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Kim was referred to me by a mutual friend. There were many agents in my area that I could have chosen from so I did my due diligence to ensure I was choosing the right one to help me purchase my new home. I am extremely satisfied with all of her work and glad that I found her. I noticed while working with her that she has a tremendous amount of knowledge in the field, is reliable, honest, and communicated with me during the entire process. Kimberlee also has a great personality and very friendly. All of the paperwork that was needed was quickly drafted by her and submitted to the seller’s agent for review and approval. I purchased my home in November of last year and closed earlier than the scheduled closing date. I can tell that she loves her job and helping her clients. I have no idea where to start on this review. Kim saved us. That's the most important thing. My brother and I recently had to sell our childhood home of 50+ years after our father died. We had initially listed the house with another realtor who was not helping us at all. We needed someone with real estate expertise, not just a real estate license. Someone who could read the market and tell us what the price of the house should be. The first person didn't do that, so I reached out to the realtor that sold my house in San Diego in 2019 and she found Kim for us. What a BLESSING that was!
