A year ago my husband and I started searching for our very first home for our family of 5. We were coming from a small 2 bedroom house in the country and we needed more space. I have no idea where to start on this review. Kim saved us. That's the most important thing. My brother and I recently had to sell our childhood home of 50+ years after our father died. We had initially listed the house with another realtor who was not helping us at all. We needed someone with real estate expertise, not just a real estate license.
