We really enjoyed working with Kim on the sale of our rental property. Kim is very professional and knows what needs to be done. Our rental property was left in bad shape. Kim took the time to walk through the property and provided an assessment of what she felt the property needed in order to be sold. She took the time to provide us with pictures so we had a good understanding of what needed to be done. The house and yard needed to be cleared of junk left behind, and a number of the rooms needed painting. Kim connected us with a few contractors she felt could do the work. The contractors did an amazing job getting the property in shape to sell. The contractor's fees were very reasonable given the work. Kim coordinated the work with the contractors and visited the property throughout the process to ensure the work was being completed. Kim was amazing to work with and we would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

A year ago my husband and I started searching for our very first home for our family of 5. We were coming from a small 2 bedroom house in the country and we needed more space. We both were first-time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Kim was referred to me by a mutual friend. I told my friend I needed a bulldog, someone fierce who would find me the right home, fight for my family, but also someone who truly cared about people and not just the money. There were Lots and lots of showings, lots and lots of frustrating conversations, and nothing hopeful in sight. It was a very hard, competitive market to be in during this pandemic. No matter how frustrated or impatient I got, Kim never gave up on me. She continued to show us homes, homes she knew I would hate and homes she thought I would love. None were checking the right boxes. I was all over the map from Linden, Valley Springs, Lodi, and Lockeford. But Kim just kept showing up, kept giving us her honest opinion and advice. Kim makes you feel like you are her only client all the time. She answered my messages at all hours of the day just to put my mind at ease. Just when I thought there was no hope a house popped up on the market. I was very hesitant because it wasn't move in ready but Kim knew what we were looking for. The neighborhood was amazing, the bones of the house were in great shape, It just needs a little love. As of yesterday my husband and I are finally homeowners and we couldn't have picked a better realtor.
