A year ago my husband and I started searching for our very first home for our family of 5. We were coming from a small 2 bedroom house in the country and we needed more space. We both were first-time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Kim was referred to me by a mutual friend. I’ve dealt with Realtors in the past. I personally know 5 who I love dearly. Kimberlee popped up on my FB on a real estate article that I’ve read and liked. Kim took the time to walk through the property and provided an assessment of what she felt the property needed in order to be sold. She took the time to provide us with pictures so we had a good understanding of what needed to be done. The house and yard needed to be cleared of junk left behind, and a number of the rooms needed painting. Kim connected us with a few contractors she felt could do the work. The contractors did an amazing job getting the property in shape to sell. The contractor's fees were very reasonable given the work. Kim coordinated the work with the contractors and visited the property throughout the process to ensure the work was being completed. Kim was amazing to work with and we would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
