A year ago my husband and I started searching for our very first home for our family of 5. We were coming from a small 2 bedroom house in the country and we needed more space. We both were first-time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Kim was referred to me by a mutual friend. We really enjoyed working with Kim on the sale of our rental property. Kim is very professional and knows what needs to be done. Our rental property was left in bad shape. Kim took the time to walk through the property and provided an assessment of what she felt the property needed in order to be sold. She took the time to provide us with pictures so we had a good understanding of what needed to be done. The house and yard needed to be cleared of junk left behind, and a number of the rooms needed painting. Kim connected us with a few contractors she felt could do the work. The contractors did an amazing job getting the property in shape to sell. The contractor's fees were very reasonable given the work. Kim coordinated the work with the contractors and visited the property throughout the process to ensure the work was being completed. Kim was amazing to work with and we would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

I have no idea where to start on this review. Kim saved us. That's the most important thing. My brother and I recently had to sell our childhood home of 50+ years after our father died. We had initially listed the house with another realtor who was not helping us at all. We needed someone with real estate expertise, not just a real estate license. Someone who could read the market and tell us what the price of the house should be. The first person didn't do that, so I reached out to the realtor that sold my house in San Diego in 2019 and she found Kim for us. What a BLESSING that was!
