Our mother passed away 7 months ago and it was clear we needed to sell the family home. It had a lot of sentimentality because our parents designed and built our home. We had lived there since the late 1960’s but it needed a lot of work.
Kimberlee understood the sensitive nature of the sale and was always professional and compassionate in her interactions with us. She understood the the special features of the property and the emotions for the family while also being realistic with us about the condition of the home. She was always responsive by email, text or phone. We came to trust her judgement on what needed to be done. She found multiple bids for estate sales, painters, flooring and windows. She managed everything from giving access to the property, scheduling inspections, and signing documents. She’d go to personally pick up documents or payments and deliver them where needed. We know that’s probably what a realtor should do but it was never any question that she would handle everything related to the sale.
In the end we actually didn’t even need to finish the work we had planned. Through her contacts she found a person who wanted to do all the redecorating themself and bought the property as is for our full ask! The whole process went so much better than we had expected. It could have been so much more stressful but we closed is only 3 weeks!

I first reached out to Kim during my last month in the Army. Even though I was out of the state and would not be in the local area for a month, she did not hesitate to start helping. Not once did she comment "Let's wait until you get to California".
During the 12+ months we worked together, Kim's customer service was by far the best I had ever experienced. Emails, texts, and phone calls were promptly returned. If she did not have the answer, she would get the answer and then let me know. I rarely had to follow up. She was updating me before I had a thought to ask for an update.
She was never turned off by my million questions. This was my first home purchase, needless to say, I had LOTS of questions.
What I respected the most was she never pressured me to buy a home. No matter how long it took, she was going to provide all the professional guidance, answers, and support.
